Compilation featuring the graphic and visual narrative from three decades of mexican fanzines. The work collected was originally self-published by and for underground niches like punks, queer activists, artists and amateurs among others. This book intends to be a reference for contextualizing mexican zines as well as showcasing a selection of the graphic from these rare publications.
Edited by Enrique Arriaga and Inés Estrada with material archived at la Fanzinoteca del Museo Universitario del Chopo in Mexico City. Arriaga started la Fanzinoteca in 2014 as cycle of exhibitions and zine archive at the museum.
