This zine features selections from Alex Schubert's October 2013 exhibition, True Art. Like much of his work, this series is a combination of personal and pop cultural references - for example, graffiti from Schubert's native Kansas City is interwoven with backgrounds from The Simpsons arcade game. These drawings are both inside jokes that no one will understand and a rare peak behind the curtain of Schubert's process.
